Moonlight in the Gorge Gala

Join us for this one-of-a-kind event held in the dramatic open air setting of the Canyon Lake Gorge.  Lit only by moonlight, fire, and solar-powered lights, you will enjoy a delicious catered meal, including appetizers, dessert, beer, and wine as well as spectacular live entertainment by The Brothers of the Flame fire dancers.

Open-seating individual tickets are $85.00.  Reserved tables for up to 8 people are available for Event Sponsors only. The Gala is limited to 200 guests.  Call us at 830-964-5424 to purchase tickets or for additional information.

This year’s event is Cajun themed and will feature food from Cajun On Da Geaux and Kafekali & Bakery with the following menu:

Appetizers:

Boudin Sausage

 Mini smoked links of Cajun comfort food

 

Cajun Pasta Salad

Refreshing blend of pasta, andouille sausage, chicken, red onions, peppers, and tomatoes with a garlic cayenne dressing

 

Andouille Sausage Bites

Savory mouthfuls of goodness with homemade Cajun bbq dipping sauce

Chicken and Sausage Gumbo

 Classic South Louisiana gumbo in traditional dark, flavorful roux packed with andouille sausage and chicken

 

Crawfish Etouffee

 Crawfish tails smothered in a buttery blend of onions, peppers, celery and garlic

Corn Maque Choux

 Corn, peppers, onions and garlic bathed in a spicy cream sauce
