GPS Programs Presents
Join renowned birding enthusiasts Patsy & Tom Inglet, Bexar Audubon Society, to “bird” along the nature trails on Canyon Lake Gorge property. The fall migration should be underway, providing the opportunity to view more than our usual resident birds.
The morning will begin at 9:30am at Tye Preston Memorial Library with a presentation by the Inglets, providing you with a tutorial of proper birding techniques and a preview of the birds you might see. Afterward, you will experience birding with the experts on the Gorge property next door to the library. Bring your binoculars! This is a unique opportunity for both new and experienced birders.
The usual fee for the trail will be waived for current members of the Gorge Preservation Society. As a member, you will be contacted two weeks prior to this activity being announced to the public.
